STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
MAKING A PURCHASE
By placing an order with TOTALFURNiTURE you are accepting the standard terms and conditions of business as laid out in this document.
All goods remain the property of TOTALFURNiTURE until the balance of all goods has been received in full.
FURNITURE DELIVERY
TOTALFURNiTURE is not liable for any orders that take longer to deliver than suppliers estimated delivery. All deliveries are undertaken logistically and are the sole responsibility of 3rd party delivery companies. Customers accepting deliveries do so at their own risk. Any deliveries made where the recipients are not at the delivery address during the time arranged will be charged a false call out charge to be agreed with TOTALFURNiTURE in advance of any redelivery arrangements being made.
Any shortages, damages or incorrect orders must be reported to TOTALFURNiTURE within 24 hours.
Damaged goods must be retained for inspection with all original packaging. No credit can be issued for goods when packaging has been disposed of. The consumer must make the goods available for collection by TOTALFURNiTURE within 14 working days
TOTALFURNiTURE complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which states that consumers have the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days after the goods have been received. However, TOTALFURNiTURE will only give a refund if the consumer complies with the following: -
1. The customer confirms their right to cancel to TOTALFURNiTURE in writing within 7 days of the receipt of the goods.
2. The customer must take reasonable care of any goods that have been supplied until they are returned to TOTALFURNiTURE.
3. The consumer must make the goods available for collection by TOTALFURNiTURE within 14 working days.
PLEASE NOTE:
Where the customer has changed their mind on any furniture and accessories purchased and delivered the customer will be charged a collection cost of returning the goods back to TOTALFURNiTURE.
GUARANTEES.
All goods are guaranteed for 6 months. TOTALFURNiTURE retains the right to inspect any goods prior to any claim on the aforementioned guarantees before any items are refunded, exchanged or repaired. All customers must comply with any assembly or care instructions provided by the supplier.
TOTALFURNiTURE retains the right to alter the specifications of furniture in accordance with our suppliers' commitment to quality and continuous improvement without prior notice.
TOTALFURNiTURE operates within UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
TOTALFURNiTURE is registered in the UK.

BACK ORDERS
If goods are not available from stock you will be contacted with an approximate delivery time scale, if you wish to cancel an order you can do within 7 days of receiving notification.
Tax Charges For all orders 17.5% VAT is included.
