The prices shown on our website include 'bronze' home delivery anywhere within mainland United Kingdom, subject to the basket value being at least £250. For basket values less than £250, a contribution of £25 towards the cost of delivery will be charged.

We offer the following delivery options:

• Bronze: delivery to room of your choice - free.
• Silver: as 'bronze', plus unpacking and taking away the packaging - £5.95 per item.
• Gold: as 'silver' plus assembly of items - £24.95 per item.

Many items are held in stock at our various suppliers, in which case we aim to deliver within 1-3 weeks.  However, some items may be out of stock or are made to order, which can take 6-10 weeks - we do not know this until we place the order with the particular supplier.  Once you make a purchase, we will check the lead time with the supllier and let you know via telephone or email - if you feel that the delivery date is too far away please let us know staright away and we will give you an full and immediate refund (once the manufacture of an item to your specification - colour, handles, etc, has commenced, no refund is possible).

The uniformed delivery staff are experienced, polite and conscientious and will deliver to the room of your choice. All vehicles are double manned and have the latest satellite navigation systems fitted as standard.
