At TOTALFURNiTURE we want you to be delighted with your purchase.  Therefore we offer a 7 day 'no quibble' returns policy providing that they have not been damaged in any way.

If you decide to return any non-faulty goods within this 7 day period - we will simply charge you the cost of the collection, which will total £90 + VAT for the first item and £25 + VAT for additional items.  The balance of your payment will be re-imbursed in full.

IMPORTANT:

1. Refunds cannot be given for non-stock items that are made to order to you specification, (icluding colour, handles, etc), once manufacture has commenced.

2. Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
